Who was the Fantasy Player of the Week? Vote on the top performers and decide who was the most valuable player!
Ryan Fitzpatrick, QB, Bills
Fitzpatrick's performance against the Ravens proves just how unpredictable fantasy football can be at times. Despite facing what was (on paper) a tough pass defense on the road, the Harvard product still threw for 374 yards and four touchdowns. His touchdowns came on passes of 33, 33, 20 and 17 yards, three of which went to veteran wideout Lee Evans. Fitzpatrick has now thrown 11 touchdown passes in his last four starts and is clearly on the fantasy radar.
Darren McFadden, RB, Raiders
McFadden returned from an injured hamstring and absolutely lit up the Broncos, rushing for 165 yards and scoring four touchdowns as his Raiders put up a fifty burger on his AFC West rivals. The Arkansas product scored on runs of 4, 4 and 57 yards and also hauled in a touchdown pass of 19 yards from Jason Campbell. He has clearly returned to the top of the depth chart for coach Tom Cable and will be a solid option for owners down the stretch.
Kenny Britt, WR, Titans
What a week it was for Britt. He was involved in an off-field incident that resulted in coach Jeff Fisher keeping him out of the starting lineup against the Eagles, which made some owners hesitate to use him. Despite not coming into the game until the second quarter, Britt went on to have a breakout performance with seven catches for 225 yards and three touchdowns in a huge win. Britt has now found the end zone at least once in each of his last five games.
Lee Evans, WR, Bills
Welcome back to fantasy relevance, Mr. Evans. After a very slow start to the season, the veteran has put up some nice numbers in his last two games. His best stats came in Week 7, as Evans recorded six catches for 105 yards with three touchdowns in a loss to the Ravens. He scored on connections of 33, 20 and 17 yards from Fitzpatrick, who also had a monster game. Surprisingly, Evans is still a free agent in close to 50 percent of NFL.com leagues.
Roddy White, WR, Falcons
White has established himself as one of the elite wideouts in fantasy football, and he showed why he's earned that lofty status in Week 7. The UAB product went off against the Bengals, catching 11 passes for 201 yards with two touchdowns in a 39-32 win. His scores came on catches of 43 and 11 yards from Matt Ryan, who also put up a healthy stat line in the contest. White is now on pace to finish the season with what would be a career-best 1,707 yards.
