Two key defensive players were knocked out of Seattle's visit to Houston on Sunday.
Seahawks defensive end Michael Bennett was taken off the field on a stretcher during Seattle's 23-20 comeback win over the Texans after suffering a lower back injury late in the second quarter.
Bennett was hit awkwardly in the head when Texans quarterback Matt Schaub was tackled into him. It appeared as if Schaub's hip hit Bennett, whose helmet snapped back.
Thankfully, Bennett did have movement in his arms and legs as he was taken off the field. Bennett has been taken to the hospital, according to the team. The Seahawks are hoping that Bennett can return with them on the flight back to Seattle, Fox Sports reported.
The Texans also lost linebacker Brian Cushing to a concussion. The team announced he was officially out after taking a hit to the head.
