Prepare to see the return of Michael Vick on Sunday.
The Eagles quarterback was a full participant in Friday's practice and was listed as probable with a hamstring injury ahead of Philadelphia's meeting with the New York Giants, the team announced.
With a gun to our head, we would have expected Vick to be listed as questionable, but he's steadily progressed after sitting out the past two games because of the hamstring he tweaked the last time Philly played the Giants in Week 5.
Backup Nick Foles showed well the following week against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but crumbled last Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys, stamping out any potential quarterback controversy.
Vick planned to run a 100-yard dash Friday to test his wheels. The Eagles clearly believe he'll be mobile enough to engineer an offense that relies heavily on his ability to carve up defenses on the ground. It's not a great development for a Giants defense that has played well against the run but allowed Vick to rumble for 79 yards in under a half when the teams met earlier this month.
