Mike Evans got the best of Richard Sherman early before the Seattle Seahawks defense clamped down in the second half.
Evans snagged two first-half touchdowns, including beating Sherman for his second score. The Seahawks' corner lobbied for offensive pass interference after getting beat on the play.
Evans earned eight receptions for 104 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 14-5 win.
He did his best work against Sherman. In 16 pass plays with Sherman it coverage, Evans beat the All-Pro corner for five catches on seven targets for 65 yards and a touchdown for a 139.9 passer rating when targeted.
Evans opted for the high road after the win pushed the Bucs to 6-5, one game back in the NFC South.
"I'm a big fan of Richard Sherman," Evans said, via the Tampa Bay Times. "It's just a big win overall. Our defense has played amazing in the last few weeks."
The Seahawks defense was missing several key pieces, which aided the Bucs offense. All-Pro safety Earl Thomas missed the first game of his career. Physical corner DeShawn Shead was inactive. And pass rusher Michael Bennett missed another game.
