RG3 was on the receiving end of an incomplete pass from Josh Morgan on Sunday in Pittsburgh. Not only was Griffin called for offensive pass interference, Steelers safety Ryan Clark got a big lick on him in the process. That probably caused a lot of Redskins fans to yell expletives at coach Mike Shanahan through the television screen.
Shanahan can identify.
"After looking at that play you feel like a complete dumbs---," Shanahan told Redskins reporters Monday, via WJFK-FM's Grant Paulsen.
Classic. Shanahan pointed out in the same call that Griffin is getting "so good" at protecting himself by avoiding hits. Hopefully Shanahan and his son will help Griffin a little more in the same department.
