- The Jaguars are signing tight ends coach Richard Angulo to a new multiyear deal, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported.
- Jacksonville is hiring former Carolina OLBs coach Tem Lukabu as its new linebackers coach, Rapoport reported.

- The Raiders are hiring Ohio State offensive coordinator Chip Kelly as their offensive coordinator, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported. Kelly was last in the NFL as the San Francisco 49ers head coach in 2016 and the Philadelphia Eagles head coach from 2013 to 2015.
