  • DL Darius Robinson is undergoing imaging on a calf injury Friday, coach Jonathan Gannon told reporters.

  • The Bears acquired LB Darrell Taylor in a trade with the Seahawks, NFL Network Insider Tom Pelissero reported. Chicago sent Seattle a 2025 sixth-round pick in the deal. Taylor has totaled 21.5 sacks since joining the league in 2020, including 9.5 sacks in 2022.

PRESEASON NEWS

  • QB Jacoby Brissett will start New England's preseason finale against the Commanders, coach Jerod Mayo told reporters. Drake Maye and most of the Patriots' healthy players will also play.
