Eagles coach Nick Sirianni confirmed Barnett's injury on Monday. Barnett has been a fixture of Philadelphia's defense as a pass rusher since his rookie campaign, accumulating 21.5 sacks, 36 tackles for loss, three forced fumbles and three fumble recoveries the past five seasons.

Rapoport adds that the team is trying to figure out whether or not Watt will need season-ending surgery, or if he can rehab the injury and return this season.
