  • QB Michael Penix Jr. did not play Saturday versus the Ravens and will not play next week either, head coach Raheem Morris told reporters, adding that Penix had showed them what they needed to see for the preseason in his outing last weekend.

  • TE Giovanni Ricci (knee) won't return against the Vikings.
  • OT James Hudson suffered an ankle injury against Minnesota and will not return.

  • DL Mazi Smith continues to recover from an allergic reaction suffered Friday afternoon at training camp, but will remain in Oxnard and will not travel to Las Vegas for the Cowboys' Saturday preseason game, the team announced.
