AFC: Baltimore Ravens 24, Indianapolis Colts 9:Anquan Boldin set a franchise record with 145 yards on five receptions, including the clinching touchdown, as the Ravens beat the Colts.
NFC: Seattle Seahawks 24, Washington Redskins 14: The Seahawks finally won a road playoff game, taking a wild-card victory over the Redskins, who lost rookie quarterback Robert Griffin III to another knee injury in the fourth quarter.
Divisional playoffs
AFC: Baltimore Ravens 38, Denver Broncos 35, 2OT: On a frostbitten day on the frozen tundra known as Mile High, the Ravens got a 47-yard field goal from Justin Tucker 1:42 into the second overtime to pull off an upset of Manning and the Broncos, extending Baltimore linebacker Ray Lewis' career by at least one game.
NFC: San Francisco 49ers 45, Green Bay Packers 31:Colin Kaepernick ran for a quarterback playoff-record 181 yards and two touchdowns and threw two scoring passes to wide receiver Michael Crabtree in leading the 49ers past the Packera and back into the NFC Championship Game.
Conference championships
NFC: San Francisco 49ers 28, Atlanta Falcons 24: Frank Gore ran for two second-half touchdowns, and the 49ers rebounded from a 17-0 deficit to beat the Atlanta Falcons in the NFC Championship Game and reach the Super Bowl for the first time since 1995.
AFC: Baltimore Ravens 28, New England Patriots 13:Joe Flacco outdueled Tom Brady, throwing three touchdown passes in the second half and leading the Ravens to their first Super Bowl in 12 years with a victory over the Patriots in the AFC Championship Game.
