After just six career starts, we've already seen enough of Georgia running back Nick Chubb to know the Bulldogs' sophomore-to-be is one of college football's elite rushing talents.
And thanks to Bulldogs offensive lineman Hunter Henry, we're also learning something about Chubb's sense of humor, not to mention his confidence:
If St. Louis Rams first-round pick Todd Gurley had never been suspended by the NCAA or torn knee ligaments last year, we might not even know Georgia had a Lamborghini waiting a turn in the backfield. As it happened, however, Georgia plugged Chubb directly into the lineup in Gurley's absence, and he roared for 1,547 yards and 14 touchdowns. The vast majority of that production came during the second half of the season, when Georgia most needed an answer for Gurley's absence.
This fall, nationally televised games against the likes of South Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, Florida and Auburn will provide Chubb with all the exposure he could hope for -- with or without help from social media.
