One of the top returning wide receivers in the Atlantic Coast Conference, North Carolina's Ryan Switzer, has picked up an offseason trick that has to be seen to be believed.
Behold, the backflip football catch, courtesy of TheACC.com:
While it's not a move that could ever help Switzer in a game, the display of athleticism, concentration and coordination isn't to be underestimated. Switzer caught 61 passes for 757 yards and four touchdowns last season in what was a forgettable year for the Tar Heels.
This, to be sure, isn't so forgettable.
Switzer will be a junior this fall at UNC.
