If Ole Miss wide receiver Donte Moncrief ultimately lets his late-season production influence his decision on whether to enter the NFL draft early, Saturday's Ole Miss loss to Missouri won't help Rebels fans' hopes of seeing the junior again after the season.
He caught six passes for 115 yards against Missouri, notching his third 100-yard game in his last five entering Thursday's Thanksgiving season finale against archrival Mississippi State. Moncrief has said he will rely heavily on advice from Ole Miss coach Hugh Freeze in making the decision.
Moncrief (6-3, 226 pounds) led what was an otherwise pedestrian offensive night for the Rebels, pulling in receptions of 41 and 34 yards.
Moncrief has recorded a 100-yard game in four of the Rebels' seven SEC games, including three of the league's best teams in Auburn, LSU and Missouri.
