The Baltimore Ravens will work out Purdue pass rusher Ryan Kerrigan privately next week, the *Baltimore Sun* reported Tuesday.
The All-American defensive end had 12.5 sacks this past season. If the Ravens, who hold the 26th pick in the first round, drafted him it would be with an eye toward converting him to an outside linebacker in their 3-4 defense.
Kerrigan measured 6-foot-3 7/8 and weighed 267 pounds at the NFL Scouting Combine in late February. He bench pressed 225 pounds 31 times and ran a 4.71-second 40-yard dash.
According to the Sun, Kerrigan already has met with the Jacksonville Jaguars and will meet with the Buffalo Bills later this month.
