Keep your eye on ...
Jacksonville's mistakes: Last week, the Jaguars reached a new low in what has been a disappointing season, turning the ball over five times, allowing four sacks, missing two field goals and committing eight penalties in a loss to the Vikings. Jack Del Rio's team appears less focused the farther they fall out of playoff contention.
The turnover battle: As bad as the Jaguars have been in the turnover department, it doesn't get much worse than the Texans, who enter Monday night's matchup with a negative-10 turnover ratio. The only thing that saved the Texans from themselves last week was a Browns team that committed five turnovers -- two more than the Texans gave up.
Kevin Walter:Andre Johnson will likely make the Pro Bowl, but it's Walter who continues to move the chains for Houston this season. Of his seven receptions last week, five earned Houston either a touchdown or first down. Walter's seven touchdowns and 14.2 yards per catch average are both career bests.
