St. Louis Rams at

Both teams need to be healthy at QB:Carson Palmer and Marc Bulger are both hurt, which left the Bengals and Rams to each struggle on offense. Kyle Boller hit on 14 of 20 passes with one touchdown, but he managed just 96 yards for St Louis. J.T. O'Sullivan completed 7 of 13 for 93 yards as Cincinnati's offense never got in sync.

Gado stating his case: After having just two carries in his only game last season, Samkon Gado is trying to show the Rams he's worthy of a long look this season. He scored two touchdowns, bringing his preseason total to three, on six touches for 35 yards. St. Louis is set with Steven Jackson as the starting running back, but it never hurts to have depth in the backfield.

Henry continues to impress: For the third straight preseason game, Chris Henry caught a touchdown pass. After Henry scored twice all of last season, the Bengals are counting on much more out of him in 2009. So far, he has proven up to the task.
