Rosenfels as a starter: With an MCL injury expected to keep Matt Schaub sidelined for an extended period of time, Sage Rosenfels returns to the starting role again. Rosenfels played in nine games for the Texans last season, completing 64.2 percent of his passes for 1,684 yards, 15 touchdowns and 12 interceptions. The good news for Houston is that the Texans won four of the five games Rosenfels started in 2007.
Joe the passer: After throwing one touchdown and seven interceptions in his first five games, Joe Flacco has not turned the ball over in 76 passing attempts. The rookie quarterback has thrown four touchdowns and no interceptions in the Ravens' current three-game winnning streak.
Ravens' reserves: Injuries have lessened Willis McGahee's production over the first half of the season but have opened the door for rookie Ray Rice and second-year back Le'ron McClain. Rice had his own coming-out party last week, gaining 154 yards on 21 carries, while McClain -- a converted fullback -- has scored five touchdowns, mostly on red-zone carries.
