Quick Take: Texans/Dolphins

In Brief

» Last meeting: The winless Texans scored with just 3 seconds left to edge the Dolphins, 29-28, in Week 5 last season.
» Streaks: The Texans have won all four meetings.
» Last week: Houston survived a close call in St. Louis, winning, 16-13. ... An interception in overtime doomed the Dolphins as they lost 27-24 to the Titans.

Keep your eye on ...Miami's evolving receiving corps: While they are not necessarily Pro Bowl caliber performers yet, the Dolphins are developing some dependable young receivers. Davone Bess, Greg Camarillo, Ted Ginn and Brian Hartline have all shown promise this season. Next up, the Texans and their 12th-ranked pass defense.

Miami's young secondary: The Dolphins are starting a pair of rookies at cornerback, and a third rookie sees time as a backup safety. Vontae Davis, Sean Smith and Chris Clemons have played well, but as is often the case with first-year players, they have also struggled at times. They will face a stiff test against Houston's second-ranked passing offense.

Kris Brown under pressure: In a game that could come down to the wire, the Texans may need Brown to convert a clutch field goal. He did so last week, connecting on a 28-yarder to beat the Rams, but has failed to do so on other occasions this season.
