Keep your eye on ...
The Warner Machine: The Cardinals have put up 28.6 points per game this season, tops in the league. Don't expect that production to stop, even though they've already secured a date to play football in January. Last week Kurt Warner completed his 347th pass of the season, a new franchise record, and he has thrown for a TD in 21 straight contests. He'll try to extend the streak against the Vikings' 20th-ranked pass defense.

The sack master:Vikings defensive end Jared Allen was knocked out of the first half in Sunday's game against the Lions with a knee injury, but returned to action in the second half and immediately recorded a sack. With the Vikings in a fight to make the playoffs, Allen will try to find a way to put Kurt Warner on his back.

The man under center for Minnesota: Starting QB Gus Frerotte was carted off the field last week because of a twisted lower back. Tarvaris Jackson, who started two games this season before being benched in favor of the 37-year opld Frerotte, stepped in to get the win for the Vikings. Coach Brad Childress said on Monday that he isn't sure who will get the start this week, but he's got two solid options to lead the offense against Arizona's 19th-ranked pass defense.
