Last month, the NFL passed five new player-safety rules during the Annual Meeting in Phoenix.

Every day last week, NFL Evolution explained the five new rules in capsule form. Here are the links to all five capsules about the new rules:

Monday: Creation of the medical timeout.

Tuesday: New punt-formation penalty to protect long snappers.
