Brandon Marshall visited the Miami Dolphins' complex Friday, one week after his wife was charged with stabbing him with a kitchen knife and one day after general manager Jeff Ireland said he talked with the wide receiver.
Marshall was among more than a dozen Dolphins at team headquarters in Davie, Fla., after a federal judge declared the NFL lockout illegal and the league lifted restrictions on team contact with players.
Marshall was briefly hospitalized last Friday after being stabbed in the abdomen, but he's expected to fully recover. The Dolphins were in contact with him Thursday, when he spoke by phone with Ireland.
Marshall's wife, Michi Nogami-Marshall, was charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon last week. An arrest report said Nogami-Marshall told officers she was defending herself in the confrontation.
