Jeremy Maclin wants [to stay with](http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap2000000325997/article/jeremy- maclin-on-eagles-this-is-where-i-want-to-be) the Philadelphia Eagles. It's starting to look like a real possibility he gets that wish.
Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer reported Friday that the Eagles have prioritized retaining Maclin before Riley Cooper, according to league sources.
Maclin is currently rehabbing a torn ACL for the second time in his career, but he'd still likely generate significant interest on the open market. The New York Daily News reported this month that the Jets coveted Maclin and view him as a "quality No. 1 receiver."
Maclin, 25, has conceded he'll likely have to settle for a one-year "prove it" deal following knee surgery. If he's as good a fit in Chip Kelly's offense as many people seem to believe, Maclin remains well set up for prime earning years down the road.
