Steelers defensive coordinator Dick LeBeau will sign a one-year deal to remain with the team, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported Tuesday.
"I'm not coaching anywhere but here," LeBeau told the newspaper Tuesday.
LeBeau, 72, was said to be taking the weekend to mull the decision, according to NFL Network insider Jason La Canfora. LeBeau, a Hall of Famer, essentially works on a year-to-year basis at this stage of his career.
Under LeBeau, the Steelers' defense ranked No. 2 overall and No. 1 against the run this past season. Pittsburgh lost in the Super Bowl.
