Each week, the Around The NFL crew will choose the plays that defined Sunday's action:
Baltimore Ravens coach John Harbaugh knew that his offensive line was winning. He wasn't worried about criticism or playing it safe. So he called for a quarterback sneak on fourth-and-one on the Baltimore 34-yard line early in the third quarter. The Ravens were trailing at the time! These are the types of calls that confident coaches make when he knows his offensive line is awesome. Onions call of the year. -- Gregg Rosenthal
Le'Veon Bell scored his third touchdown of the day and the last of 24 consecutive fourth-quarter points, as the Steelers turned a 21-17 deficit into a 42-21 blowout victory over the Bengals on Sunday. Pittsburgh simply had too much firepower on a day in which Bell joined Hall of Famer Walter Payton as the only two running backs to go over 200 yards from scrimmage in three straight weeks. -- Chris Wesseling
Russell Wilson spent the afternoon escaping pressure and carrying the Seahawks' offense with his improvisational skills on broken plays. He staked his team to a 10-point lead when he reversed field and found Marshawn Lynch wide open for a 15-yard touchdown. -- Chris Wesseling
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are the quintessential bad football team. Everything that can go wrong goes wrong. Case in point below, when Lions running back Joique Bell caught a tipped pass and took it in for an easy score to ice the game. Those are the plays fans at Ford Field are used to seeing happen in the inverse. -- Kevin Patra
Teddy Bridgewater saw the Jets in an aggressive, no-deep-safety look. The rookie audibled into a wide-receiver screen and Jarius Wright did the rest. A big boy moment. -- Dan Hanzus
Raiders rookie quarterback Derek Carr showed top-shelf poise in a wild upset of the 49ers. It was rewarding to see Carr patiently go through his progressions to hit on 22 of 28 passes for 254 yards and three scores. He looked better than Colin Kaepernick and made us smile by even finding Donald Penn, his behemoth left tackle, for a touchdown. -- Marc Sessler
The Browns badgered Andrew Luck all afternoon to force four turnovers and a pick six, but the Colts star signal-caller bounced back big time with the help of T.Y Hilton. Indy's freaky-talented wideout hauled in 10 catches for 150 yards and two touchdowns off an outrageous 19 targets. This 42-yard score put Indy back in the game for good. -- Marc Sessler
