The Arizona Cardinals elevated Michael Adams from the practice squad to the 53-man roster and has relaseed defensive back Bo Schobel.
Adams was elevated to the active roster last week and appeared on special teams against Cincinnati where he collected one tackle. He was released and re-signed to the practice squad this week. Adams was signed by the Cardinals as an undrafted rookie free agent on April 30 out of Louisiana-Lafayette. He collected 40 tackles (24 solos), one interception, one sack and three passes defensed in 10 games last season.
Adams spent training camp with the Cardinals and was released on August 31 in the team’s final roster cut. He was re-signed to the practice squad on September 2.
