Spoiler Alert: Week 6

We'll look ahead to the results of this weekend's games in a second, but real quick ...

On the heels of his spectacular "Thursday Night Football" performance, Andrew Luck is on the tip of the football world's tongue. I told you in August that Luck's Colts would get the top seed in the AFC ... and with just two 2013 playoff teams left on the schedule, 4-2 Indy appears pointed in that direction (especially with Denver and San Diego still having to face off twice).

If the road to Glendale, Arizona, does go through Lucas Oil Stadium, Luck will have a great shot at reaching his first Super Bowl. A couple of days ago on the Dave Dameshek Football Program, we debated with @MoveTheSticks (Daniel Jeremiah) and @AdamRank whether Luck would be the first among the currently ringless QBs to get a Lombardi:

As you may have heard, Russell Wilson already has a ring on his finger ... which led to this debate with Elliot @HarrisonNFL and @NFLUKHank Hodgson about Luck versus Wilson:

Like any diehard football fan who grew up near the Pennsylvania-Ohio border, I always look forward to my Steelers reconnecting with their old pals from Cleveland. There are many things we can call this game -- a Rust Belt reunion, an AFC North showdown with real playoff implications -- but one thing it's not is a rivalry. But that might be changing, as we detailed here:

Yes, Mike Pettine has engendered some real optimism in Northwest Ohio ... but Browns fans would've been barking proudly several decades ago if one game had turned out differently, as we detail here in this episode of our pigskin-specific Butterfly Effect segment, the N-if-L.

Steelers at Browns is just one of the great divisional matchups awaiting our eyeballs this weekend. The scores for each are right on the other side of the warning sign below. Proceed at your own risk ...
