Steelers linebacker T.J. Watt exited Sunday's game against the Lions after getting hurt late in the third quarter and did not return.
Pittsburgh coach Mike Tomlin said after the 16-16 tie that Watt was dealing with both hip and knee injuries.
Watt sustained the injuries with a little under a minute remaining in the period after his leg collided with Jared Goff's as he was bringing the quarterback down for a sack.
At the time of his exit, Watt compiled five tackles (two for a loss), one sack and two QB hits.
