Where can I purchase tickets to Super Bowl LVII?

Super Bowl LVII tickets are only officially available via NFL On Location Experiences located at the link: https://onlocationexp.com/nfl OR:

All tickets are mobile and fans should fully charge their phones prior to arriving at State Farm Stadium.

What time do gates open?

All gates open at 12:30pm MST and the stadium campus is only accessible to Super Bowl LVII ticketholders. Tailgating for ticketholders or non-ticketholders is not permitted.

What time is kickoff to the Game?

4:30pm MST.

What is the schedule on Super Bowl Sunday for ticketholders?

Gates open at 12:30pm MST and kickoff is at 4:30pm MST. Gameday Experience at Super Bowl LVII is located on the Great Lawn of State Farm Stadium and is open to all ticketholders from 12:30pm to 3:30pm MST. Gameday Experience will feature the NFL on Fox gameday set, photo ops with the Vince Lombardi Trophy, entertainment stages, food and beverage for purchase, NFL Shop presented by Visa, and more! All ticketholders can get to the Great Lawn after scanning their tickets at the stadium entries. Please note, there is no re-entry to the stadium campus.

Pre-game entertainment begins at 4pm MST and all fans should proceed to their seats by 3:30pm MST.

Is there Tailgating at Super Bowl LVII?

Tailgating is not permitted at the Super Bowl for ticketholders or non-ticketholders.

Is there a Watch Party?

The only official Super Bowl LVII Watch Party presented by Verizon will be held at the Super Bowl Experience presented by Lowe’s at Margaret T. Hance Park starting at 11am MST on Sunday, February 12. The event is FREE and foldable chairs are permitted on Sunday only at Margaret T. Hance Park.

What is NFL OnePass, and is it required to enter State Farm Stadium?

All Super Bowl LVII ticketholders should download NFL OnePass to view their Super Bowl ticket and access all relevant gameday information including maps, attractions, know before you go messaging and transportation information.

Where do I park at State Farm Stadium?

There are various parking lots for parking on Super Bowl Sunday, to confirm your parking spot you must purchase your pass in advance. For more information on parking locations at State Farm Stadium, visit parksuperbowl.com/locations-list. Parking lots open at 10:30am MST.

How can I purchase a parking pass for State Farm Stadium?

You can purchase your general fan parking pass on January 30th, 2023 at parksuperbowl.com. Parking lots will open at 10:30am MT on Super Bowl Sunday. Tailgating is not allowed in any NFL managed locations. Parking reservations are only available to Super Bowl LVII ticket holders. Additionally, overnight parking is not available, all vehicles must exit by 4:00am. Note that the State Farm Stadium gates do not open until 12:30pm MST.

Is Super Bowl LVII a cash free event?

The entire Super Bowl LVII campus at State Farm Stadium is a cash-free event inside and out. VISA is the preferred payment services sponsor of the NFL. There are reverse ATMs available throughout the Main Concourse inside of State Farm Stadium.

Is there an ADA entrance to State Farm Stadium?

All guest entries are ADA accessible. The Mobility Assistance team will be in blue vests and are located within each guest entry. Please seek a member of the Mobility Assistance team if you require more information about the accessible pathways into the stadium or would like assistance with an escorted wheelchair. Can I bring in outside food or beverages?

No outside food and beverage is permitted. Food and beverages will be available for purchase within the concessions area in stadium and on the Great Lawn in Gameday Experience.

Can I still buy a ticket to an On Location event?

No, no tickets can be purchased to pre-game events on gameday.

What can I do without a ticket to an On Location event or Tailgate?

Super Bowl LVII ticketholders should visit Gameday Experience at the Great Lawn from 12:30pm MST to 3:30pm MST.

When do On Location events/Tailgate/Gameday Experience end?

3:30pm MST, which is 1 hour before kickoff

Where is the Vince Lombardi Trophy?

The Vince Lombardi Trophy will be available for photo ops at Gameday Experience on the Great Lawn in the Gallery Tent.

When can I enter the stadium?

The stadium campus and all Super Bowl events at State Farm Stadium open at 12:30pm. Fans can enter the stadium campus through any entry. Once through security screening and ticket scanning, please enter the stadium at the gate indicated on your mobile ticket.

Where is the Mothers room?

Nursing rooms are located on the Club Level in the elevator atrium at Section 230. The specific location can be found using MappedIn in the NFL OnePass mobile app.

Where is the sensory room?

The sensory room is located on the Main Concourse behind Section 104 . The specific location can be found using MappedIn in the NFL OnePass mobile app.

Sensory Inclusive Amenities:

KultureCity, along with the Eagles Autism Foundation are on site with trained volunteers, sensory bags, and a sensory room for families and individuals who have sensory needs. Sensory sensitivities or challenges with sensory regulation are often experienced by individuals with autism, dementia, PTSD and other similar conditions (1 in 6 individuals). One of the major barriers for these individuals is sensitivity to over stimulation and noise, which is an enormous part of this environment. Sensory bags, equipped with noise canceling headphones (provided by Puro Sound Labs), fidget tools, and verbal cue cards are available for fans to use and take home at no additional cost.

Where can I find something I lost?

Guest Services Booths which can be found on Main Concourse level near Sections 104 & 123 and Upper Concourse level at Sections 417 & 448.

Where do I turn in something that is found?

Found items can be brought to a Guest Services Booth located outside of the stadium on the exterior plazas adjacent to gate numbers 1, 2, 3 or inside the stadium at a Stadium Guest Services booth on the Main Concourse level near Sections 104 & 123.

How can I get mobility assistance into the stadium?

Please call 888-745-1455 once onsite for mobility assistance. Scan the QR codes on any of the towers or look for a teammate in a TEAL hat. The QR code will take fans direct to MappedIn. You can also look for the large lighted balloons in the sky that will match your parking lot color.

How can I find my parking Lot?

Guest Services Booths have Parking Lot QR codes that will help you navigate to your lot. You can also look for the large lighted balloon that matches your parking lot color. You will also find a link to MappedIn in the OnePass App, or can scan the QR codes on the signs around the stadium campus.

Where can I catch an Uber/Lyft?

Head out of the South entry towards the Black Lot. You will see signs for Rideshare and visit the NFL OnePass app for a map of the location.

How do I get to the Westgate bars/restaurants?

Head towards the North entry and cross Maryland, post-game. Reminder, once you scan your Super Bowl LVII ticket, you cannot leave and re-enter the stadium campus.

Where are the Guest Services booth locations outside of the stadium on the Exterior Plaza?

Guest Service Booths can be found on the exterior plaza adjacent to the iconic 1, 2, 3 Gate numbers. Each booth will have resources for overall Gameday information, Pre-Game Hospitality, Gameday Experience, On Location Experiences and Mobility Assistance. Look for teammates with a teal hat to provide additional assistance!

Where are the Guest Service booth locations Inside the Stadium?

Where can I find more information on accessibility services?

Ticket Resolution

Ticket Resolution is located within the ticket scan entry tents located just after security screening. There is also an in-stadium ticket resolution location by the Guest Services Station at Gate 2. For mobile ticket assistance prior to entering the stadium campus look for fan services staff in Teal Hats.

Does my infant or child need a ticket to attend the Super Bowl?

Yes. Everyone who enters the stadium must have a ticket for the game, including children of all ages.

Alcohol Policy

  • Alcohol will be sold at authorized concession stands/portable units and sold in concourse areas only
  • Guests must be 21 years of age or older and in possession of a valid government-issued ID (or non-expired passport for international guests) to purchase, handle, or consume alcoholic beverages
  • Guests providing alcohol to minors will be ejected and subject to arrest
  • Excessive consumption of alcohol is prohibited – maximum of (2) alcoholic beverages per purchase
  • Drunk and disorderly conduct or violation of any alcohol policy will result in ejection from the game without refund and the violator(s) may be subject to arrest
  • All alcohol sales will cease at the end of the 3rd quarter
  • Stadium management and the NFL reserve the right to change policies or procedures at any time without notice

Smoking Policy

The Super Bowl LVII campus is a smoke & tobacco-free venue. Smoking & use of all tobacco products are prohibited inside all areas of the stadium including entry gates, concourses, seating areas, suites, clubs, and all hospitality areas. There are no designated smoking areas in the stadium and re-entry is prohibited. Violators of this policy may be ejected from the stadium.

Restroom Info / changing stations / nursing rooms

There are public restrooms for men, women, and families conveniently located on all levels of the stadium. All restrooms are accessible to guests with disabilities. Changing stations are available in all stadium restrooms and family restrooms are located on each level. Nursing rooms are located on the Club Level in the elevator atrium at Section 230.

Super Bowl LVII Prohibited Items:

Security Procedures

All items carried by fans will be carefully inspected and potentially not permitted into State Farm Stadium for gameday. To provide a safe environment and to expedite fan entry into the stadium, the NFL limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into the arena.

Prohibited Items

The following list of prohibited items is not all-inclusive. All items are subject to security review and discretion.

  • Alcohol
  • Animals (Service Animals for Guests with disabilities are permitted. All other animals, including Emotional Support Animals are prohibited)
  • Banners, signs (any object that obstructs the view of others)
  • Luggage
  • Bags larger than 12" x 6" x 12". (*_NFL Clear Bag Policy_ will be in effect) Glass or aluminum containers, thermoses, cups, and beverage containers of any kind (unless purchased at an NFL venue)
  • Camera with removeable lenses more than 6"
  • Professional video/audio recorders, except for credentialed media
  • Chairs, stools, or other seating devices
  • Coolers (Coolers for medical purposes are permitted)
  • Laser Pointers
  • Food or Beverage (Unless for Medical Purpose)
  • Illegal substances
  • Mace, pepper spray or any aerosol
  • Motorized scooters, hover boards, skateboards or self-propelled items except for ADA or medical purposes
  • Noisemakers and horns, whistles, musical instruments of any kind
  • Promotional items with commercial slogans or identification without written consent from the NFL
  • Selfie Sticks and tripods
  • Weapons including firearms, knives, electronic stunning devices.
  • Fireworks, explosives, or other combustible items
  • Any other item deemed potentially dangerous or inappropriate in managements sole discretion will not be permitted.

Note: Any items not permitted entry into the State Farm Stadium will be the responsibility of the attendee and cannot be accepted or checked by the NFL or the Phoenix Police Department. We urge fans to secure these items in their vehicles, homes or hotel rooms. Confiscated items will not be returned, instead they will be disposed of.

Smoking is prohibited in the State Farm Stadium.

Cameras and Binoculars – Small cameras and binoculars will be allowed. No spectator cameras with lenses more than six inches (6”) long will be permitted. Camcorders are not allowed. Binocular cases and camera bags are not permitted.
