ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. -- The Buffalo Bills announced Tuesday that running back Tashard Choice has signed a contract extension with the team. In accordance with team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Choice has appeared in 73 games (four starts) and recorded 1,409 rushing yards on 326 carries with 10 touchdowns and added 76 catches for 559 yards in his NFL career. He produced a season-high 91 yards on 21 carries in the team's 24-14 win at the Cleveland Browns in Week 3 in 2012.

The 5-10, 210-pound Georgia Tech product entered the NFL as a fourth-round (122nd overall) draft selection of the Dallas Cowboys in 2008. He was claimed by the Washington Redskins off of waivers (Oct. 31, 2011) before joining the Bills off of waivers on November 23, 2011.
The Bills also announced that tight end Dorin Dickerson accepted the tender and signed his contract. In accordance with team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.
