Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Percy Harvin will play Sunday against the Carolina Panthers, according to a source with knowledge of the situation.
Harvin, who has been dealing with a rib injury, wasn't listed among the Vikings' inactives. He had been deemed questionable in Friday's injury report.
Harvin is tied with wide receiver Michael Jenkins for the team lead in receptions (27), but he has yet to find the end zone this season.
The Vikings will be without both starting cornerbacks as Antoine Winfield is inactive with a neck injury and Chris Carr is suspended. Asher Allen and Cedric Griffin will start.
The Panthers are without nickel cornerback Darius Butler, whose daughter had heart problems earlier this week.
