Philadelphia Eagles running back LeSean McCoy was sent for X-rays on his thumb in the first quarter of Thursday's 31-21 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers.
McCoy called for the trainer after his first touch on the opening series. He came back out for the next drive, which was capped off by his own 22-yard touchdown on a beautifully executed screen play.
NFL Media Insider Jeff Darlington reported X-rays on McCoy's thumb came back negative, but McCoy didn't return to the contest.
"Shady" was sent to the locker room for tests immediately after the touchdown, as Darren Sproles and Matthew Tucker took over in the Eagles' backfield.
