Charley Casserly joined NFL Network in 2008 as an analyst and can be seen on such NFL Network programs as Path to the Draft, NFL Total Access, NFL Now and Good Morning Football. Casserly also provides on-location analysis for NFL Network's coverage of the Super Bowl and NFL Scouting Combine. Casserly joined NFL Network's team of analysts with more than 23 years of front office experience under his belt as a General Manager and 7 as an Assistant General Manager. As a member of the Washington Redskins organization, Casserly was part of four Super Bowls and three Super Bowl championships. In 1989, he was elevated to General Manager of the Washington Redskins. He served as General Manager for 10 years, a time of the 1991 Super Bowl Championship team. Additionally, Casserly served as the General Manager of the Houston Texans from 2000 until 2006. Casserly is a member of the NFL Career Advisory Board and an NCAA consultant on development of potential head football coaches. He was also a consultant with the New York Jets in 2015, assisting them in their search for a Head Coach and General Manager. A graduate of Springfield College, Casserly lives with his wife in Washington, D.C. He is a professor at Georgetown University and George Mason University.
