The NFL is committed to addressing and preventing domestic violence and sexual assault. Through national and local partnerships, the NFL works year-round to provide resources to educate communities and support survivors. The NFL also works annually with Super Bowl host communities to celebrate the often-unnoticed efforts of the hundreds of employees and volunteers working behind the scenes at domestic violence shelters and sexual assault prevention organizations as well as funding and deploying human trafficking prevention initiatives. In addition, all 32 NFL clubs continue to work in their communities on efforts ranging from abuse intervention programs, crisis center fundraisers, high school healthy relationship assemblies, and local public service campaigns.

Since 2014, the NFL has provided financial support to the National Domestic Violence Hotline (The Hotline) in its mission to shift power back to people affected by relationship abuse. Since then, The Hotline has surpassed many milestones, including answering its 4 millionth contact and moving to a new headquarters location in Austin, Texas—doubling its capacity to answer calls, online chats, and text messages. In addition, financial support provided by the NFL has helped The Hotline further its policy work in Washington, D.C., and its work with members of Congress to strengthen laws to provide greater protection for victims and survivors of domestic violence.

With the NFL's support, the National Sexual Violence Resource Center was able to partner with other organizations to create Raliance, a sexual violence prevention partnership. This major national initiative is focused on sexual assault prevention, public policy initiatives, and support services for victims and survivors. It has awarded millions in innovative grants focused on service to survivors, research, and assistance for people who may commit sexual harm; published an annual report devoted to Ending Sexual Violence in One Generation; and convened the next generation of sexual violence prevention activists through a youth summit in Washington, D.C.

The annual NFL Social Responsibility Curriculum is taught to all members of NFL teams and NFL league offices using a combination of videos and interactive discussion. The curricula are available below, and we encourage you to utilize it for broader educational purposes.

This year marks the 10th year of this education. This year's training will look at the lessons learned and milestones reached in the last decade, focus on calls to action for the road ahead, and also address the topic of harassment.

Provides a "fly on the wall" view into an intimate conversation among people who have experienced domestic violence and sexual assault themselves and/or live with a partner who has, and how it impacts their relationships.

Focuses on healing – from the pandemic, from the impact of domestic violence and sexual assault, and from the general feelings of division around the country, touching on allyship and understanding what it means to be a strong ally.

Looks at the world through the lens of the pandemic, particularly the impact of isolation on domestic violence and sexual assault, including vicarious trauma, the pent-up frustration caused by COVID-19 and the deep, long-standing injustice perpetrated against people of color.

Returns to the basics of domestic violence and sexual assault and its impact on families and children, while putting more emphasis on prevention and supporting victims.

Shifts the education to look at the intersectionality of social systems and culture on domestic violence and sexual assault, including ways we as a society can do more.

Looks at the importance of healthy manhood and modeling appropriate behaviors in family and friend relationships.

Focuses on the importance of 'active bystanders' on the issues of domestic violence and sexual assault and includes segments on DUI and firearm safety.

Provides a firsthand look at the impact of family violence and sexual assault on the lives of victims and survivors.

Presents a baseline education on domestic violence, sexual assault, and child abuse.
