Grace Bishara
Grace is dedicated to creating change in the world and is always looking to give back to her community. As the Director of Corporate Relations at United Food Bank, she excels at collaborating with agencies and organizations all over Arizona. Grace also develops corporate sponsorships, plans events, and speaks for large campaigns. Her passion for ending hunger in our state is second to none.
Grace, who was taught the importance of giving back at a young age, is an example of how influencing children can spark a flame that burns for the rest of their lives. Grace started her career by building relationships through customer service, spending seven years in the cosmetology industry. She then made a career change to follow her passion for philanthropy and went on to earn her bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Leadership & Management at Arizona State University with an additional certificate as a nonprofit professional.
Grace has developed programs, marketing materials, and events with disability nonprofits such as K2 Adventures and Ability 360. She also grew the volunteer program at Habitat for Humanity by developing an online orientation, developing AmeriCorps programing, improving reporting systems, fundraising through corporate team building events, and managing a 12,000 volunteers-based program.
Grace is also the President of Global Ministries of Arizona, a non-profit started by her father, Jamal Bashara.
Global Ministries of Arizona is focused on supporting families, orphans, homeless individuals, and a range of nonprofits in human services that play a vital role in empowering families to get out of poverty and into self-sufficiency. As the President of Global Ministries of Arizona, Grace always looks for ways to support our community. Grace helps people by providing financial support for nonprofits that need it.
