Engaged in nearly 1,800 communities across more than 40 countries and territories worldwide, United Way is a non-profit organization that mobilizes the caring power of communities around the world to advance the common good by creating opportunities for all. United Way's focus is on education, income and health—the building blocks for a good quality of life and a strong community.

NFL Funding Supports:

• The Young Man United program, which aims to support 25,000 young men of color in the United States to and through post-secondary and into entry level career positions by providing mentorships, internships, college and career readiness supports and need-based funding to support each student during this pivotal point in their lives.
• Investments in national staffing, marketing, and fundraising around the Young Men United program, as well as subgrants to pilot local United Ways and other mentoring programs.
