To celebrate Women's History Month, we are highlighting 15 women who are shaping the game of football. From flag football phenoms to NFL team presidents, these women continue to inspire and break barriers in the sport. ![Sandra Douglass Morgan, the Las Vegas Raiders president, is the first Black woman to lead an NFL team in the league's history.
