Special Dietary Needs

Outside food and drink is not allowed inside the NFL Draft event, unless a fan has special medical dietary restriction.

A fan requiring insulin or an EPI pen can bring his or her medically necessary materials and medications provided all medicine has a prescription label with the fans name. Out of concern for the festival staff and volunteers who handle the trash, fans should dispose of medical waste and syringes in the proper disposal located at the medical tent. Guests should not dispose of these items in other trash bins at the event.

NFL Draft Experience will have food vendors that provide special dietary options. Please visit an Accessibility/Fan Services Center for a full list of menu options and further information.

Service Animals

Service animals (dogs, and in some cases, miniature horses trained to perform work/do tasks for a fan because of a disability) and service animals in training are permitted into the Draft venues and may accompany fans with a disability in all public areas of Draft events (where other fans are permitted). However, other animals, including household pets and emotional support animals will not be admitted.

Sensory

KultureCity will be on site with trained volunteers, sensory bags, and 2 mobile sensory rooms for families and individuals who have sensory needs. Sensory sensitivities or challenges with sensory regulation are often experienced by individuals with autism, dementia, PTSD and other similar conditions (1 in 4 individuals). One of the major barriers for these individuals is sensitivity to over stimulation and noise, which is an enormous part of this environment. Sensory bags, equipped with noise canceling headphones (provided by Puro Sound Labs), fidget tools, and verbal cue cards will be available for fans to use and take home at no additional cost

The two locations are -

  1. Hart Plaza - in front of the UAW Ford building. Directly next to the Mother's and Prayer room
  2. Corner Ballpark - by AFC end zone and training camp area

KultureCity will also have special wristbands available for families and individuals with sensory needs that can be utilized to be expedited to the front of lines (similar to SBXtra fast passes)
