Carlos Rodriguez
Carlos has been a Texans Season Ticket Holder since 2002 when the team was established. He's originally from Brownsville, Texas, located in the Rio Grande Valley-South Texas. At first, he was an Oiler Fanatic, then in 2002, the McNair family announced there was a football team returning to Houston again and he immediately became a Texans fanatic. September 8, 2002, is a renowned game in Texans history as our first win against the Dallas Cowboys 19-10, and you can bet that Carlos was there and has attended every game from then to now. After graduating from college with a teaching degree, he moved to Houston in 1983. Once he settled in Houston he began teaching at the Houston Independent School District. As a Teacher and Principal, he displayed his fandom throughout his classroom and office with Texans memorabilia. Every game Carlos sports his Texans gear from head to toe and takes his fandom to the next level. Above all else, Carlos is one of our most dedicated fans and Season Ticket Members who will go to any lengths to support the Houston Texans – even if that means traveling domestically and internationally. We are proud to have Carlos represent the Houston Texans as our 2022 NFL Fan of the Year!
