The Los Angeles Rams are incredibly excited to announce that Alejandro Garica is our finalist for International Fan of the Year!
Alex, located in Mexico City, has been a Rams fan for more than 44 years. Alex first became a fan of the team when watching Rams Legend and Mexican player, Frank Corral, who quickly became one of his biggest role models.
At the beginning, Alex had trouble finding other Rams fans in Mexico City to share his passion with, but that changed in 2017 when he found a Facebook group dedicated to Rams fans in his area. Through this group, he began to form friendships with people who shared his same love for the Rams. The group now gets together every week of the season to watch Rams game and cheer on their team.
Some of Alex's favorite memories as a Rams fan include watching Kurt Warner lead the team to a Super Bowl XXXIV victory, and seeing the team bring home the Vince Lombardi Trophy again at their home stadium for Super Bowl LVI.
We are honored to have Alex to represent the Los Angeles Rams in Detroit for the Draft. Vamos Rams!
