4. FINALIST JUDGING:
During the Finalist Judging Period, a panel of qualified judges selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, will score each Entry up to the maximum amount of points allowed and will select the highest-scoring Entry for each NFL club as a potential Finalist (defined below). Judging will be based on the following criteria:
- Community Spirit (33.3%)
- Fandom/"Original Spice" (33.3%)
- Inspirational Story (33.3%)
In the event of a tie in the scores of two (2) or more Entries, Sponsor will compare their scores for Community Spirit and the one with the higher/highest score for that category will be the winner of the tie. If a tie remains, Sponsor will compare their scores for Inspirational Story.
5. FINALIST SELECTION:
The people who submitted (or were nominated in) the thirty-two (32) Finalist Entries (one [1] per NFL club selected) with the highest overall scores from the Judges will be deemed the finalists ("the Finalists") and will move on to the next round of the Contest. Finalists and guests must be willing and able to travel to New Orleans, Louisiana February 6, 2025 – February 10, 2025 to attend Super Bowl LIX on February 9, 2025 and must accept the position of Finalist within three (3) days of receiving notification from the Administrator. Sponsor reserves the right to choose fewer than thirty-two (32) Finalists, if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Entries.
6. FINALIST NOTIFICATION:
Potential Finalists will receive notification from the Administrator via email within three (3) days of the Finalist selection or as soon thereafter as reasonably practicable. As part of the Finalist notification process, each potential Finalist will be required to complete and submit a declaration of eligibility/release of liability/prize acceptance agreement ("Declaration"), within three (3) calendar days from the timestamp of notification, as a condition of receiving the prize. If a potential Finalist fails or refuses to sign and return the Declaration within the required time period or if the Declaration is returned as rejected, faulty, unclaimed or returned as undeliverable to a potential Finalist, and/or a potential Finalist is otherwise noncompliant, such potential Finalist will be disqualified and the potential Finalist for such NFL club shall be the Entry for the applicable NFL club with the next-highest judges scores (assuming that sufficient time remains prior to the Finalist trip dates). Potential Finalists and guests must submit to and pass a background check to Sponsor's satisfaction. The potential Finalist then and only then becomes the "Finalist" and is eligible for the Finalist Prize and will move on to the next round of the Contest. If a Finalist cannot be confirmed by January 6, 2025, such Finalist prize will remain un-awarded. Each Finalist's Entry will be posted on the Website and will be judged again during the Grand Prize Winner Judging Period.
7. GRAND PRIZE WINNER JUDGING:
During the Grand Prize Winner Judging Period, the panel of qualified judges, selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, will re-score each Finalist's Entry up to the maximum amount of points allowed, as described below. Judging will be based on the following criteria:
- Fan Vote (10%)
- Community Spirit (30%)
- Fandom/"Original Spice" (30%)
- Inspirational Story (30%)
In the event of a tie in the scores of two (2) or more Finalists, Sponsor will compare their scores for Community Spirit and the one with the higher/highest score for that category will be the winner of the tie. If a tie remains, Sponsor will compare their scores for Inspirational Story.
