A two-time Pro Bowl selection, Crosby's 44 career sacks rank in the top-10 since he entered the league in 2019. In Week 5, he earned AFC Defensive Player of the Week honors for his performance against Green Bay, totaling five tackles, four tackles for loss, and one sack en route to becoming the first-ever Raiders defender to garner the league's weekly recognition four times.

Alongside several teammates and the Raiderettes, Crosby read books to students at Frank Lamping Elementary School during Nevada Reading Week. On Global Impact Day, he dedicated his time to serving 600 youth from local nonprofit organizations.
