What time do gates open for ticketholders for the Eagles vs. Packers game on September 6, 2024 at Corinthians Arena?
The gate entry times are currently to be determined and will be updated prior to September 1, 2024.
What are the attractions outside Corinthians Arena for ticketholders?
Attractions for game ticketholders only include NFL Shop exclusive merchandise, interactive games, photo opportunities with the Vince Lombardi Trophy and all 58 Super Bowl Rings and food & beverage for purchase.
I don't have a game ticket, can I come to enjoy the activities outside Corinthians Arena?
No, non ticketholders will NOT be permitted access to the stadium grounds. Non ticketholders are encouraged to visit Parque Villa Lobos September 6-8, 2024 for the NFL Experience including NFL watch parties on both Friday and Sunday.
Where do I park to attend the game?
There is no public parking at the stadium lots so we recommend rideshare or public transportation.
What are public transportation options?
Public Transportation is located directly next to Corinthians Areana with the Metro Corinthians-Itaquera. Additionally, there is a metro stop further up R. Dr. Luis Aires that will drop guests outside the steps leading up to the West Entry. That stop is called Estacao Artur Alvim.
Where are the rideshare drop off and pick up locations?
Rideshare pickup and drop off will be located at the Shopping Metro Itaquera parking lots.
What is the schedule of activities?
Please download the NFL OnePass app at nfl.com/onepass for information on the timing and location of events.
Is the event cashless?
No, cash is accepted at concessions and NFL Shop.
What are the entry requirements?
All fans will go through security screening for entry and must adhere to our prohibited items list.
What is prohibited at the event?
Security screening in and around the Game will be significantly heightened for your safety. All items carried by fans will be carefully inspected and potentially prohibited from entry. The full prohibited items is listed below.
Corinthians Arena is a smoke-free environment. The use of tobacco products and e-cigarettes is prohibited throughout all venues.
Note: Prohibited items and items determined to be inappropriate for entry into the secure perimeter will be the responsibility of the fan and cannot be accepted, stored or checked by the NFL or Corinthians Arena.
Fans are strongly encouraged to refrain from bringing any type of bag to expedite their entry
What is permitted?
Clear Bag Policy:
- The NFL strongly encourages fans not to bring any bags, but fans will be able to carry the following style and size bag, package, or container at stadium plaza areas, stadium gates, or when approaching queue lines of fans awaiting entry into the stadium:
- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" or 30.5 x 15.25 x 30.5 cm. This includes clear backpacks, clear fanny packs and clear cinch bags that fit within the permissible dimensions.
- No buckles, grommets/hardware or décor can be concealing any part of the bag.
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziplock bag or similar).
- Logo can only be on one side of the bag.
- Small bags, non-clear bags that do not exceed 4.5" x 6.5" in size, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the stadium with one of the clear plastic bags.
- Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: coolers* (unless medically necessary), briefcases, non-clear backpacks, non-clear fanny packs, diaper bags* (unless medically necessary), non-clear cinch bags, non-approved seat cushions* (unless medically necessary), luggage of any kind, computer bags and camera or binocular bags or any non-clear bag larger than the permissible size (4.5" x 6.5")
If I have certain items that I need to bring into the stadium for medical reasons and they won't fit in the clear bag, what do I do?
- Exceptions to this policy will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection.
- If you have special medical equipment that you need to have with you at all times, there will be exceptions to this policy after proper inspection. Security will be present at stadium entrances to allow screening of these bags and medically necessary items.
Cameras – Small cameras and binoculars will be permitted. Professional grade camera and recording equipment will only be permitted for properly Credentialed media
Can I bring in outside food or beverages?
Outside food or beverages are not permitted inside the event. Food and beverage will be available for purchase within the concession areas around the site.
What is the plan in the case of bad weather?
NFL events are commonly held in inclement weather. Only in the case of extreme weather that threatens public safety will the event potentially be postponed. In the unlikely event that such a situation occurs, information for fans will be pushed out via the NFL OnePass app and announced over the PA system on-site.

What is NFL OnePass and is it required to enter Corinthians Arena?
NFL OnePass is your digital access pass to the Eagles vs. Packers game and provides fans with up to the minute schedules and Know Before You Go details. OnePass is NOT your game ticket and will not allow access into the gates at Corinthians Arena.
Fans can download the app in the App Store or on Google Play. Alternatively, fans can register on the website nfl.com/brasilaccess to receive their QR code. Registration is FREE for NFL OnePass – no purchase necessary.
Who can I contact if I have an issue with the NFL OnePass app?
Please email OnePass@nfl.com for any issues or visit the fan services booth on-site at the entrance. What is the age requirement for NFL OnePass registration?
You must be over the age of 18 to register for NFL OnePass. Fans registering will be required to accept the waiver to complete their registration and participate in interactive games. During registration, adults will have the opportunity to add up to 5 minors. If you forget to add a minor during registration, you do not need to re-register. Your QR code will be scanned multiple times based on the number of minors (up to five) participating in the activity.
What happens if I enter incorrect information during registration?
If you entered incorrect information during registration, you will have the ability to edit your mobile phone number in the app. Navigate to the "More" section and click on "Edit Profile". Please note at this time, no other additional information can be updated.
What happens if I forget to enter the minors attached to my NFL OnePass during registration?
You do not need to re-register. Your NFL OnePass QR code will be scanned multiple times based on the number of minors participating at that activity.
Will minors have their own NFL OnePass?
No. Only adults over the age of 18 will have an NFL OnePass QR code. Each adult must have their own QR code.
What if I do not have a smart phone?
You may register for NFL OnePass on your desktop and print QR code or onsite at the NFL OnePass Fan Services location, our teammates will guide you through the process. To register on your desktop, please visit nfl.com/brasilaccess. For all other methods of registration, fans will receive their NFL OnePass via email.
Is there a Sensory Room?
Arena Corinthians has a sensory room on the north side of the 9th floor of the West building.
If you have any type of sound sensitivity or ASD, look for a counselor to direct you to this space.
Continue watching the game in the soundproofed location.
SECURITY PROTOCOLS
How will you create a safe environment?
The NFL is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all attendees at the event. Security screening in and around Corinthians Arena and will be significantly heightened at each entrance. All items carried by fans will be carefully inspected and potentially prohibited from entry. The number of guests entering and leaving the premises will be closely monitored for the safety of our fans.
FAMILY FAQ
Fans with Mobility Disabilities
The NFL Experience is accessible for fans using mobility devices. Notwithstanding, please note that: (i) it is a large venue with great distances between activities and attractions; (ii) it is outdoors and situated in across city streets and pathways; and (iii)some travel is over natural terrain and terrain designed for motor vehicles
Wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, and three or four-wheeled scooters are allowed only for use by fans with mobility disabilities. For safety reasons, requests to use of other power-driven, mobility devices will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Powered wheelchairs may also be charged at an Accessibility Center/Fan Services Center. Fans should bring all cords and accessories needed to charge their devices. Chargers must use a 110-volt, 20-amp circuit.
Special Dietary Needs
Outside food and drink is not allowed inside the event, unless a fan has special medical dietary restriction.
A fan requiring insulin or an EPI pen can bring his or her medically necessary materials and medications provided all medicine has a prescription label with the fans name. Out of concern for the festival staff and volunteers who handle the trash, fans should dispose of medical waste and syringes in the proper disposal located at the medical tent. Guests should not dispose of these items in other trash bins at the event.

Service Animals
Service animals (dogs, and in some cases, miniature horses trained to perform work/do tasks for a fan because of a disability) and service animals in training are permitted into Villa-Lobos and may accompany fans with a disability in all public areas of NFL Experience events (where other fans are permitted). However, other animals, including household pets and emotional support animals will not be admitted.
