How do I access the NFL Experience in Parque Villa-Lobos in Sao Paulo September 6—8, 2024?
Access to the event is FREE, but NFL OnePass registration is mandatory for entry. All adults 18+ must register themselves, and each adult can register up to five minors. Registration can be made by downloading the NFL OnePass app in the app store. Entrance is subject to event capacity.

How do I get to the event?
Aside from vehicle parking, the park can also be accessed via public transportation through CPTM trains on the Emerald 9 Line at Villa-Lobos – Jaguaré Station. Rideshares should also be directed towards the Rico Wheel for easier drop-off.
What is the NFL Experience?
NFL Experience is a FREE, family-friendly football festival celebrating the Eagles vs. Packers NFL game on September 6. Fans of all ages will be able to participate in interactive games, take photos at exhibits including The Vince Lombardi Trophy, purchase exclusive NFL merchandise, and watch the Eagles vs. Packers on the big screen on Friday September 6 and watch the Sunday games on September 8.

What is the schedule of activities?

Is the event cashless?
Yes, there is no cash accepted at concessions or merchandise locations.
Are chairs permitted into the event?
Chairs ARE permitted in restricted zones at Villa-Lobos. Pop up tents are NOT permitted at either venue.
Can I register other adults?
Each adult needs to register themselves, adults can only register minors (maximum 5 minors)
I selected a date but now would like to come another date, how can I exchange?
The QR code is valid all 3 DAYS of the event.
What are the entry requirements?
All fans will go through airport level screening for entry and must adhere to our prohibited items list. Fans are also required to register for NFL OnePass. The list of prohibited items can be found below.
What is prohibited at the event?
Security screening in and around the NFL Experience will be significantly heightened for your safety. All items carried by fans will be carefully inspected and potentially prohibited from entry.
NFL Experience is a smoke-free environment. The use of tobacco products and e-cigarettes is prohibited throughout all venues.
Note: Prohibited items and items determined to be inappropriate for entry into the secure perimeter will be the responsibility of the fan and cannot be accepted, stored or checked by the NFL.
Fans are strongly encouraged to refrain from bringing any type of bag to expedite their entry
Guests and their belongings are subject to search prior to entering the event. The security screening process includes walk through metal detectors and x-ray machines. All items carried by fans will be carefully inspected and potentially prohibited from entry into the NFL Sao Paulo Fan Experience
Consistent with all NFL games, the NFL strongly encourages fans not to bring any type of bag to 2024 NFL Fan Event in Sao Paulo. However, to provide for a safe environment and to expedite fan entry, the NFL limits the size and type of bags that will be allowed into the event at Villa Lobos Park.
Permissible Bags
- Bags smaller than 18x16x8 are permitted and are subject to x-ray screening
- An exception will be made for medically necessary items after thorough inspection at a gate designated for this purpose
Prohibited Items at the Fan Event (below list is a guide, not all-inclusive)
- Alcohol (brought from outside)
- Illegal substances
- Animals (except service animals)
- Bags larger than 18x16x8
- Laser lights and pointers
- Banners, signs (any object that obstructs the view of others)
- Beach balls or inflatable devices (balloons)
- Mace/pepper spray or any aerosol
- Bottles, cans, thermoses, coolers, aerosol cans, cups, and beverage containers of any kind, unless purchased at an NFL venue or an empty, reusable water bottle
- Motorized scooters, hover boards, skateboards, or any self-propelled devices
- Clothing, banners, or signs with offensive or obscene languages, images, or gestures
- Noisemakers, whistles, and horns
- Drones, Remote Controlled Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, or other similar motorized vehicles/devices
- Poles, sticks, missile like objects of any kind
- Promotional items with commercial slogans or identification without the written consent from the NFL
- Shakers with handles
- Firearms, weapons, knives, electronic stunning devices, replica weapons and explosives
- Tripods
- Fireworks, pyrotechnics of any kind
- Frisbees or throwing objects
- Umbrellas larger than standard 39"
- Any other item deemed unsafe or inappropriate by the NFL or local authorities.

Strollers are permitted, but all bags and blankets must be removed and screened by x-ray and will be physically/visually inspected.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted within the perimeter of the Kickoff Experience.

Cameras – Small cameras and binoculars will be permitted. Professional grade camera or cameras with removable lenses more than 6" and recording equipment will only be permitted for credentialed media
Reusable Water Bottles – Fans will be allowed to enter with an empty, reusable water bottle for use at the water stations inside the perimeter.
The cooperation, patience and understanding of fans is greatly appreciated by the National Football League and Villa Lobos Park.
Can I bring in outside food or beverages?
Outside food or beverages are not permitted inside the event. Food and beverage will be available for purchase within the concession areas around the site.
What is the plan in the case of bad weather?
NFL events are commonly held in inclement weather. Only in the case of extreme weather that threatens public safety will the event potentially be postponed. In the unlikely event that such a situation occurs, information for fans will be pushed out via the NFL OnePass app and announced over the PA system on-site.

What is NFL OnePass and is it required to enter NFL Experience?
NFL OnePass is your digital access pass to the NFL Experience and provides fans with up to the minute schedules and Know Before You Go details. Fans can download the app in the App Store or on Google Play. Alternatively, fans can register on the website nfl.com/brasilaccess to receive their QR code. Registration is FREE for NFL OnePass – no purchase necessary.
Who can I contact if I have an issue with the NFL OnePass app?
Please email OnePass@nfl.com for any issues or visit the fan services booth on-site at the entrance.
What is the age requirement for NFL OnePass registration?
You must be over the age of 18 to register for NFL OnePass. Fans registering will be required to accept the waiver to complete their registration and participate in interactive games. During registration, adults will have the opportunity to add up to 5 minors. If you forget to add a minor during registration, you do not need to re-register. Your QR code will be scanned multiple times based on the number of minors (up to five) participating in the activity.
What happens if I enter incorrect information during registration?
If you entered incorrect information during registration, you will have the ability to edit your mobile phone number in the app. Navigate to the "More" section and click on "Edit Profile". Please note at this time, no other additional information can be updated.
What happens if I forget to enter the minors attached to my NFL OnePass during registration?
You do not need to re-register. Your NFL OnePass QR code will be scanned multiple times based on the number of minors participating at that activity.
Will minors have their own NFL OnePass?
No. Only adults over the age of 18 will have an NFL OnePass QR code. Each adult must have their own QR code.
What if I do not have a smart phone?
You may register for NFL OnePass on your desktop and print QR code or onsite at the NFL OnePass Fan Services location, our teammates will guide you through the process. To register on your desktop, please visit nfl.com/brasilaccess. For all other methods of registration, fans will receive their NFL OnePass via email.
SECURITY PROTOCOLS
How will you create a safe environment?
The NFL is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all attendees at the event. Security screening in and around Villa-Lobos and will be significantly heightened at each entrance. All items carried by fans will be carefully inspected and potentially prohibited from entry. The number of guests entering and leaving the premises will be closely monitored for the safety of our fans.
FAMILY FAQ
Can I bring my stroller and diaper bag to NFL Experience?
Yes, strollers are allowed, subject to screening. There is a special security check for medically necessary items.
Are pets allowed at the NFL events?
Only service animals (dogs, and in some cases, miniature horses trained to perform work/do tasks for a fan because of a disability) and service animals in training are permitted into the NFL Experience venues and may accompany fans with a disability in all public areas of NFL events (where other fans are permitted). However, other animals, including household pets and emotional support animals will not be admitted.
Fans with Mobility Disabilities
The NFL Experience is accessible for fans using mobility devices. Notwithstanding, please note that: (i) it is a large venue with great distances between activities and attractions; (ii) it is outdoors and situated in across city streets and pathways; and (iii)some travel is over natural terrain and terrain designed for motor vehicles
Wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, and three or four-wheeled scooters are allowed only for use by fans with mobility disabilities. For safety reasons, requests to use of other power-driven, mobility devices will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Powered wheelchairs may also be charged at an Accessibility Center/Fan Services Center. Fans should bring all cords and accessories needed to charge their devices. Chargers must use a 110-volt, 20-amp circuit.
Special Dietary Needs
Outside food and drink is not allowed inside the event, unless a fan has special medical dietary restriction.
A fan requiring insulin or an EPI pen can bring his or her medically necessary materials and medications provided all medicine has a prescription label with the fans name. Out of concern for the festival staff and volunteers who handle the trash, fans should dispose of medical waste and syringes in the proper disposal located at the medical tent. Guests should not dispose of these items in other trash bins at the event.

Service Animals
