2024 NFL Season, Week 12: Notable injuries, news from Sunday's games

Here are the injuries and news we're monitoring around the league on this Week 12 Sunday:

  • Carolina Panthers tight end Ja'Tavion Sanders suffered a neck injury versus the Chiefs and was taken to a local hospital for further evaluation.
  • Detroit Lions running back David Montgomery (shoulder) is questionable to return versus the Colts after exiting in the third quarter. Wide receiver Kalif Raymond (foot) has been ruled out. Left tackle Taylor Decker (knee/ankle) is questionable to return after exiting in the second half.
  • Houston Texans safety Jalen Pitre (shoulder) has been ruled out against the Titans after exiting in the second quarter.
  • Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Josh Downs (shoulder) is questionable to return after exiting late in the second half. Ashton Dulin (ankle) has been ruled out after exiting in the second half.
  • Kansas City Chiefs tight end Peyton Hendershot (calf) is questionable to return versus the Panthers.
  • Miami Dolphins linebacker Anthony Walker (hamstring) has been ruled out after exiting in the second quarter versus the Patriots.
  • New York Giants left tackle Jermaine Eluemunor (quadricep) is questionable to return against the Buccaneers after exiting in the first quarter. Defensive lineman DJ Davidson (ankle) is questionable to return, but pass rusher Azeez Ojulari (toe) has been ruled out after both exited in the third quarter.
  • Tampa Bay Buccaneers pass rusher Joe Tryon-Shoyinka (ankle) has been ruled out against the Giants. Safety link-placeholder-12 has been ruled out after exiting in the second half.
  • Washington Commanders running back Brian Robinson (ankle) is questionable to return in the second half of Sunday's game versus the Cowboys. Robinson initially suffered an ankle injury in the first quarter, but re-entered the game by the end of the frame. Right tackle Andrew Wylie (head) has been ruled out.
