- Arizona Cardinals defensive lineman Naquan Jones (thigh) did not return versus the Dolphins.
- Baltimore Ravens defensive end Brent Urban (concussion) was ruled out versus the Browns. Defensive tackle Michael Pierce (calf) was ruled out.
- Chicago Bears offensive lineman Braxton Jones (knee) was ruled out versus the Commanders.
- Cincinnati Bengals offensive tackle Orlando Brown (right knee) did not return versus the Eagles.
- Cleveland Browns outside linebacker Ogbo Okoronkwo (knee) did not return versus the Ravens. Cornerback Denzel Ward (head) was ruled out. Linebacker Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah (neck) was was carted off, but had movement in all his extremities.
- Dallas Cowboys running back Rico Dowdle was added to the injury report and subsequently deemed inactive due to an illness.
- Detroit Lions linebacker Malcolm Rodriguez (ankle) was ruled out versus the Titans.
- Green Bay Packers safety Evan Williams (hamstring) did not return versus the Jaguars. Quarterback Jordan Love (groin) did not return.
- Houston Texans wide receiver Stefon Diggs (knee) and defensive tackle Tim Settle (calf) did not return versus the Colts. Offensive lineman Jarrett Patterson (concussion) was ruled out.
- Indianapolis Colts safety Trevor Denbow (knee) was ruled out versus the Texans.
- Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Christian Kirk suffered a fractured collarbone vesus the Packers and will miss the remainder of the season, NFL Network Insiders Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero reported. Cornerback Ronald Darby (hip) and wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr. (chest) did not return.
- Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes rolled his ankle in Sunday's win but didn't miss any snaps and is "fine," head coach Andy Reid said after the game. Safety Nazeeh Johnson was ruled out with a concussion.
- Las Vegas Raiders guard Andre James suffered an ankle injury and did not return versus the Chiefs.
- Los Angeles Chargers cornerback Kristian Fulton suffered a hamstring injury and did not return versus the Saints.
