- WR Khalil Shakir: Signed a four-year extension worth up to $60.2 million, including $32 million guaranteed at signing. (Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero)
AFC NORTH
- WR Tee Higgins: Received the non-exclusive franchise tag for the second straight year, which will pay Higgins $26.2 million for the 2025 season. The Bengals said they intend to work with the sixth-year pro toward a long-term deal this offseason.
