After a Week 12 blowout win over Dave Dameshek's squad, America's Team totaled the second-highest point total in the league with 125.64, is riding high on a three-week win streak and is now 6-6 on the season with a playoff spot in sight in the NFL Fantasy LIVE league.
It's no question that Week 13 is a must win for America's Team.
First, here's what went down in Week 12. America's Team had three players put up 20 or more fantasy points with Demaryius Thomas (25.70) hauling in three touchdowns, Dez Bryant (20.60) grabbing two touchdowns and C.J. Anderson (25.50) running all over Miami for 167 yards and a score of his own. Plus, Russell Wilson (19.74) racked up 74 rushing yards on top of his passing stats and the Colts defense (15.00) hooked up America's Team with just three points against, four sacks, one interception and one fumble recovery. #KABOOM!
Dameshek had a rough week with Andre Johnson (3.60) and Jeremy Maclin (5.90) just not producing for him. It's the second time this season that Amercia's Team beat Dameshek's squad...sorry buddy!
Looking ahead to Week 13, America's Team faces NFL Fantasy editor Marcas Grant who is on a four week losing skid. Grant beat America's Team in Week 4 so this would be some sweet revenge to close out the regular season.
The matchup begins on Thanksgiving as America's Team will deploy Dez Bryant, Russell Wilson and Dan Bailey, and Grant looks like he'll be starting three Bears' players in Matt Forte, Martellus Bennett and Robbie Gould.
America's Team has some tough lineup decisions to make this week, and they're now more important than they have been all season long. Who should we start at flex, and is the Colts' defense or Vikings' defense a better play?
