Andy Reid returns to Philadelphia Eagles practice

One day after attending his son's funeral, Philadelphia Eagles coach Andy Reid is going back to the difficult task of coaching football again.

UPDATE:Reid arrived at the Eagles' walkthrough Wednesday morning. The team announced he would address the media afterward.

Reid is expected to coach in the Eagles' preseason opener.

This is going to be a different sort of preparation week for Reid and the Eagles. It will be a different sort of season, and for Reid, a different life after losing his son, Garrett Reid.

Words can't really express what Andy Reid is going through or the unique challenge he faces leading the Eagles now. For a man who has devoted his life to football and family, Reid now gets back to work.
