ATLANTA -- Atlanta Falcons cornerback Asante Samuelleft Sunday's game against the Arizona Cardinals with a right shoulder injury.
Samuel was hurt when making a hit on Cardinals receiver Larry Fitzgerald as Fitzgerald was trying to make a catch in the first quarter. The pass from John Skelton was incomplete.
Samuel walked off the field holding his right arm to his side. After being checked on the sideline, Samuel was escorted to the locker room.
Samuel's status was questionable to return, but he was back on the field in the fourth quarter.
