Bigby recorded 68 tackles in 11 starts, good enough for second on the team at the time of his injury. The 31-year-old signed a two-year, $2.5-million contract in March.
Bigby was one of three Chargers safeties to go down Sunday. Eric Weddle suffered a concussion and Darrell Stuckey hurt his hamstring. Weddle is expected to be back next Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals. Stuckey's status is unknown.
